Both Drivers Involved In Accident That Hurt Councilor From Las Vegas

As per Las Vegas police, both vehicle operators got injured and cited after a crash between two cars the other week, including councilor Michele Fiore. For the uninitiated, Fiore is a councilor from Las Vegas who runs as a GOP member for Nevada treasurer.

Councilor Fiore did not maintain one traffic lane as her BMW sedan crashed into a Chevrolet Impala. The person who drove the Chevrolet car did not give Fiore the right to pass over while turning to the left in the accident in Las Vegas.

Police have blacked out the Chevrolet vehicle operator’s name in their report related to the incident. They said that airbags in both vehicles stayed at the accident scene, alongside the Chevrolet vehicle operator, before visiting a hospital. Fiore had made a decision to be a primary fault participant in the accident. As per Fiore’s treasurer campaign, a hospital treated her overnight for broken bones in the face, bruises, and a concussion.

Law enforcement said that Fiore refused to admit that she changed lanes or got distracted before her accident.

A long-time counselor in Los Angeles, Fiore campaigned for state governor before she decided to compete in the race for the position of state treasurer.
